I am a lifelong learner. I am a passionate advocate for seamless user experiences- specializing in information architecture and user experience (master certified by Nielsen Norman Group). I thrive on building accessible structures to help people find what they are looking for and better understand their surroundings.

I fell in love with SharePoint Online while managing the Office 365 strategy at a fast-growing global biotech. There I implemented and led the Steering Committee, formed to prioritize projects by business need while maintaining close alignment with the company culture. I developed productivity training to drive user adoption during the company’s 10x growth over 5 years. I have a deep understanding of what business owners need to implement intuitive and scalable solutions. I infuse each project with effective change management and compassion for pain points. I believe a human-centered process will yield the best results.
